What we do not store

Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

How do we use your data?

  • To ensure we can tailor our communications to you to ensure they are relevant to your needs and situation. It doesn't benefit us or you for us to send you spam, whatever marketing channel that may be through.
  • To process your company orders for our products and services and to bill for the same
  • To provide you with the products and services you have ordered
  • To send you relevant information, educational and promotional. We work on an 'quality over quantity basis' and such will only send you information we feel is valuable to you.
  • To administer contests and competitions and personalise your visits to our online services

Bean Bags Coffee is a trading name of Teknomat UK Ltd (Registered in England No. 2601891). All purchases made via this website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Bean Bags Coffee.

Acceptance of order

The conditions here shall govern the terms upon which we supply products. An order is not accepted until Bean Bags Coffee sends an email confirmation of the order to the purchaser. Bean Bags Coffee reserves the right to terminate or withdraw any order without notice to the purchaser.

Product & information alterations

Bean Bags Coffee reserves the right to withdraw products or to make alterations to its products without notice or liability.

Product description & images

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. The images shown online and in catalogues are for illustration purposes only.

Delivery & shipping

Once we have received and accepted your order your delivery will be scheduled and you will be notified with a delivery date. Deliveries are usually made within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the order, unless a product is out of stock or only available to order, in which case you will be notified. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays or weekends. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm. Wherever possible, within Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, deliveries are made in Bean Bags' branded vehicles. Outside of these counties, deliveries will be made using a third party courier service. For orders of less than £50 value, excluding VAT, delivery/ post & packing will be charged for. Any breakages or errors in the delivery must be notified in writing to Bean Bags Coffee within 24 hours. All deliveries must be signed for by a company representative.

Stock rotation

Where applicable, our products carry a 'best before' date. We have a strict policy of stock rotation to ensure older stock is used first. At times, short shelf life stock may be offered for sale on the site at a special price. This will always be clearly marked.

Cancellation & returns

You may cancel an order or part of it before it has been shipped and Bean Bags Coffee will refund your money within 14 working days. Returns must be made within seven days of receipt, product complete and in its original packaging and with proof of postage.


All prices displayed on the website are the prevailing prices at the time when the order is placed. Bean Bags Coffee reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Payment for all goods must be made in advance of shipment using one of the payment methods accepted on the website. Carriage, if chargeable, will be added and shown separately at check-out.


The prices detailed on the website are excluding VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be charged at 20% and shown separately at check-out. VAT Reg No: 581 7027 37.


Bean Bags Coffee reserves the right to change its product range and pricing as detailed on the website without prior notification.
